Deti su dar z neba

Boli sme nahnevaný a sme si nehovorili celý večer. Ráno, sa zobudím a sa obliekam. Katka beží v pyžamku okolo mňa. "Mama ide do prace?" "Áno moja, mama ide do prace." "Dáme pusinku." Bozkávam ju, aj ona tiež. "A teraz mama dá pusinku ocinovi." Usmejem sa a bozkávam rýchlo Viktora. Idem na chodbe a čakám výťah. Katka príde za mňou v pyžamku a v ponožkách. "Dáme ešte pusinku." Bozkávam ju ešte raz.  "A teraz oco dá pusinku mame."

Zakynthos, a masterpiece of nature

Image
Zakynthos was probably one of the best vacations we ever had. Located in the Ionian Sea the island is said to have been named after the son of a legendary Arcadian chief. The Venetians, who rules at some point in history all the Ionian Islands, called Zakynthos “the flower of the east”.   I don’t know very much of Arcadian chiefs, however after visiting Zakynthos I think it fully deserves the comparison to a flower. Zakynthos is one of the most beautiful islands I have ever seen. Full of mountings and white pebbled beaches or golden sand beaches, green, full of vegetation and flowers, sunny and with most perfect blue waters. Our flight from was Bratislava was in the middle of the night and we arrived at Zakynthos International Airport, "Dionysios Solomos" very early in the morning. A bus took us to our Hotel Eleon situated in the vicinity of the long and beautiful beach resort Tragaki. We arrived just in time to have a wonderful breakfast on the terrace with the v

Korfu

Korfu was one of the most beautiful vacations we had. It is the biggest from the Ionian Islands, full of sun and light, new and old architecture, beautiful beaches and perfect blue water. The Greek name Kerkyra comes from the Greek mythology. The god of the sea Poseidon fell I love with the nymph Korkyra, the daughter of Asopus (an important Greek river) and the nymph Metope. Poseidon kidnaps his love and brings her to the island and gives her name to the island. Together they have a son Phaiax, from which the name of the inhabitants came: phaiakex. We left with the plane from Bratislava and arrived in the early morning at the Ioannis Kapodistrias Interational aiport in Kofu. From there a bus was waiting for us and took us to the other side of the island: to Agios Geogios south (there is also a Agios Geogios north). We arrived at the hotel Aquis Sandy Beach at 7 in the morning and had breakfast, and then we had to wait until 2 in the afternoon to have free room. I was p
